| B. Cautions
* Keep followings to use the dishwasher without faults and accidents

(1) Use only the dishwasher specific detergent and rinse. If you use general detergent, too many bubbles are generated, dishes are not washed, and the motor can have a fault.

(2) Don’t run the dishwasher right after power is on. Since water temperatures are low, too many bubbles are generated and the motor can have a fault.

(3) Don’t spray water to clean the dishwashes. If you spray water to the dishwasher, it may cause a fault to the dishwashes.

(4) Ground the dishwasher for safety reasons.
When the dishwasher is grounded, it can prevent electric shocks.

* How to Ground
Connect the ground wire to the copper plate and bury the copper plate 30 cm deep in the wet ground.

* Never ground following places
Never ground to places or parts such as gas pipes that may break by an electric shock.

| C. Operation

1) Components

  1. Open the door
  2. Open the water supply valve and gas valve, then switch on the circuit breaker.
  3. Turn on the power switch on the front panel (The Water Supply lamp is on).
  4. The front panel displays Set.
  5. Wait until the tank is filled with water.
  6. The Ready lamp on the front panel is on. And then wait another one hour (two hours for Prime Gold).

* Drain water from the dishwasher and heat recovering device completely to prevent freezing (Prime Gold)

2) How to Use the Dishwasher

  • Remove remnant food from dishes and dip them in the sink.
  • Place dishes upright.
  • Place the smaller dishes to the rack edge and the bigger ones at the rack center.
  • Place up to 14 dishes for the maximum result.
  • Place cups and bowls upside-down.
  • Separate dishes as much as possible
  • Don't place dishes tightly.
  • Don' t make anything stick out from the rack.
    This may lower washing performance or cause a fault
    (Especially, spoons and chopsticks).

3) Operation

- Place dishes in the rack. Don’t use the dishwasher for plastic, silver, or aluminum wares that cannot withstand over 90°C Remove remnant food from dishes before placing them in the rack.

- Open the door.

- Close the door.

- Insert the rack along the guides inside of the dishwasher tank.

- 3 to 5 seconds after the alarm sounds, open the door and take out the rack.

  • | E. How to Clean the Dishwasher

    1) Period

    • General restaurants: Once a day after business hours
    • Large restaurants: After lunch and after business hours

    2) Cleaning

    • Turn off the power switch.
    • Turn off the circuit breaker.
    • Take out the sifter and get the water tank bar to drain water.
    • Remove waste from the sifter.
    • Rinse the main tank and remove waste.
    • Clean the outside of the body with a towel
    • Close the water tank bar, place the shifter, and close the door.
